San Manuel Arizona
Located on the broad San Pedro River Valley on southeastern Pinal County Arizona is the town of San Manuel. At an elevation of 3,500 feet, San Manuel is around 140 miles southeast of Phoenix and 45 miles northeast of Tucson. Located within a 10 mile radius San Manuel together with Mammoth and Oracle made up the tri-community area. San Manuel was founded in 1952.
The population of San Manuel, based on the 2000 U.S. Census, is 4,375. Presently, San Manuel is still considered as a bedroom community with a few retail shops together with a flight school at the airport operating in the area.
