Springerville Arizona
The town of Springerville is about 220 miles northeast of Phoenix located in Apache County, northeastern Arizona. It was originally established in 1879 and considered as the heart of the growing southwest. The town was incorporated in the year 1948 where it grew around the trading post of Henry Springer. The area is also known as Round Valley in the foothills of White Mountains.
Springerville presently has a total population of 1,995 based on the 2004 U.S. Census. The town with its easy access location coupled with a stable well-trained workforce makes it an ideal location for small businesses. Their economic activity varies from fishing, tourism, agriculture, construction, forest service, hunting, lumbering and retail sales. Springerville is considered as a true “Community for All Seasons.”
